Time Frame for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached.
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact Denvlot Support Team within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund after inspection.

Conditions for Eligibility

Any worn or washed item, or item without a tag, will not qualify for a refund.

Process for Refund

Customers must contact support@denvlot.com to initiate a refund request.Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the defective item.

A refund will only be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Incorrect/Wrong Size Items

If the items are incorrect or the size is incorrect upon receipt, Denvlot will cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange within the specified timeframe. Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to contact Denvlot regarding an incorrect item or size.

Allowances

Special allowances may be offered during events such as anniversaries, sales, or special promotions.
